Little Bread Rising Hood was born from a simple idea: slow down, bake with intention, and share something real.

I’m a home baker based in Milwaukie, Oregon, creating small-batch sourdough and baked goods using traditional methods and quality ingredients. What started as a personal passion quickly grew into something more—a way to connect with my community through food that’s made by hand, not by machines.

Every loaf is naturally leavened, long-fermented, and baked with care. I believe good bread shouldn’t be rushed, and you can taste the difference.

This bakery is also part of a bigger dream: building a more intentional life centered around family, sustainability, and eventually a homestead of my own. Little Bread Rising Hood is the first step in that journey.
